Ideally located for all resorts in the area. The cottage has a wonderful ambience, homely, classy and a lovely warm feeling. Good facilities and on site meals if required. It caters for all ages and nearby Falmouth is picturesque and historic with lots to see and do. Will most certainly go back again.

We spent a week here and had a fab time. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay - nice and clean and the beds were so comfy!! The dogs loved the beaches and the walks which were nearby, they were shattered for the rest of the day. We recommend Lappa Valley for dogs and children as there was a lovely walk to let the dogs off lead and the dogs loved the trains. We would definitely recommend this cottage.
Just back from a beautiful holiday @ Shell Cottage, had everything we needed, & the owners were very helpful, lovely walks straight from the cottage straight to the beach.

The cottage is very spacious and well equipped. It's got everything you need and more. It's furnished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Lovely spot to tour area, lots of walks and plenty to do. When you return in the evening enjoy a drink or two on site or visit the small spa facilities.

Just spent a week at this delightful property. It’s lovely and clean, nicely laid out and set in beautiful grounds that are very well maintained. It’s very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. There’s some nice facilities on site to enjoy, and great walks for the dog. Falmouth is a great town with some superb pubs and restaurants which are almost all dog friendly and the cottage is a great base for exploring this part of Cornwall. We really enjoyed our stay, so much that we are returning in September! I would highly recommend this property.

Just come back from a lovely week in Falmouth. The accommodation is ideally located to use as a base to visit Falmouth itself and other nearby parts of Cornwall. It is a short drive or walk away from some beautiful beaches and all the attractions that Falmouth has to offer. The accommodation itself is situated on a site that is relaxing yet caters for all ages. I can highly recommend the accommodation and Falmouth. I will be returning.

A beautiful house in a great location! The house was perfect for our summer holiday with our little boy, so much so that we'll hopefully be back again next summer! The super comfy beds made the long days at the beach and sightseeing even better!
